Ralph
Stanley, DDS
Dr. Stanley is now a Certified
Invisalign provider.
Dr.
Stanley is from Salinas, California, but he has lived
in Missouri, Germany, New Jersey and Southern California.
Dr.
Stanley completed his undergraduate work at the University
of California/Davis campus, then graduated with honors
from the University of California, San Francisco, in
1982.
Shortly
thereafter, he joined Dr. Hempt as an associate, which
eventually led to a partnership in 1985.
Dr.
Stanley is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic
Dentistry, the American Dental Association, California
Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental
Society. He is also a member of the Sigma Delta Sigma
Dental Fraternity.
Dr.
Stanley and his wife Grettel have two wonderful children:
a son, Pierce, and a daughter, Adrianna. The Stanleys
attend St. Anthony's church.
Dr.
Stanley enjoys woodworking, tennis, and golf.

Magdalena
Azzarelli, DDS
Dr.
Azzarelli received her dental degree from the Silesian
Medical Academy of Poland in 1994.
Upon
relocation to California, Dr. Azzarelli successfully
completed the California State Dental Licensure examinations.
Dr.
Azzarelli is a member of the American Dental Association,
California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County
Dental Society.
Dr.
Azzarelli enjoys gardening, gourmet cooking, and traveling.
She is married and has a three year old son.

Rogé
Jacob, DDS
Dr.
Jacob graduated from Northwestern University Dental
School, Chicago, in 1993.
Dr.
Jacob is a member of the American Dental Association,
California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County
Dental Society.
Dr.
Jacob enjoys mountain biking, drumming, and maintaining
a saltwater fish tank.
Dr.
Jacob is married and has one daughter and one son.
